Tell us what you are securing, migrating, or building.

Send a few lines about your environment and what you need. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your address; after that, our engineers review your inquiry and reply with questions and a proposed first step. Confirmation and receipt emails are automatic, and every other reply is reviewed by a person before it is sent.

Questions

What happens after I send the form?

Your inquiry is stored, and an email with a confirmation link goes to the address you entered. Once you confirm it, the inquiry is ready for review and you receive a short receipt. One of our engineers then reads it and replies with questions and a proposed first step. Project replies go only to confirmed addresses.

Why do I have to confirm my email?

Confirmation shows that the address belongs to the person who sent the inquiry, so replies about your project reach the right inbox. The link carries a random token that is stored only as a hash and expires after 24 hours. If you did not send an inquiry, ignore the email and the address stays unconfirmed.

How soon will I hear back?

We do not publish a response-time commitment. Every inquiry is read by one of our engineers before any reply is sent, and replies go out only after you confirm your email address. If your timeline is tight, say so in the message, together with the date that matters, so the reply can address it.

Is my inquiry sent to an AI?

Cloudflare Workers AI may prepare a first draft of the reply from your inquiry. The draft is never sent on its own: a person reviews it, and can rewrite it, in a private inbox before anything goes out. Only the confirmation and receipt emails are sent automatically. The privacy notice describes the details.

What should I leave out of the form?

Passwords, access tokens, API keys, and confidential production data such as customer records or configuration exports. A short description of the environment and the problem is enough for a first reply. If sensitive material is needed later, a safe way to share it is agreed first, and nothing sensitive needs to travel by email.

Can I email instead of using the form?

Yes. Write to contact@sabersecurity.cloud with a few lines about your environment and what you need. The form is not required: it adds an email confirmation step and keeps the details of your inquiry together for review. The same rule applies to email: please keep passwords, tokens, and confidential production data out of it.
